Project Park Avenue

Located in the historic heart of Richmond, Virginia, this duplex presents a unique investment opportunity as a high-end rental. To maximize its appeal, we designed two nearly identical kitchens on separate floors, emphasizing the luxurious feel that renters seek.

We opted for a contemporary two-tone kitchen design, using IKEA's FRÖJERED light bamboo fronts for the lower cabinetry, paired with white VEDDINGE upper cabinets.

The result is a stunning kitchen that balances elegance and functionality, all while keeping the project within budget.
